Francisco Ramirez is a licensed attorney and the president of Francisco Ramirez & Associates, a law firm providing legal and consulting services to small and medium size companies in civil litigation and transactional work in the areas of corporate, commercial, real estate, employment, and construction law.
Francisco Ramirez is also a consultant for the Houston Minority Business Council, where he provides advice on business planning and management, marketing, proposal preparation, and loan packaging.

Twenty years of experience experience in managing legal, procurement, marketing, and logistics activities in domestic and international assignments.
